What you will do:
-
Hire new employees for this location with approval of the company president
-
Provide training to new and existing employees as needed
-
Supervise all employees ensuring excellent work ethic and safety protocol is maintained

Take responsibility to meet sales goals
-
Report accurately to the general office daily
-
Personally work with each customer
​
Additionally, you may often need to fill in for vacant positions as a lube tech.
Lube techs do the following:
-
Welcome customers and determine their needs
-
Work with other crew members to give their vehicle the best service possible
-
Vacuum the vehicle after service is completed
-
Occasionally you may work the register to ring up customers and enter their vehicle information into the registry
WANTED Trainee or Experienced Lube Techs

$8.25 an hour starting pay

Hiring multiple candidates
You are not required to have prior experience as a lube tech.
We will train you on the job in all aspects of safety, checking oil, working in the pit, etc.
