• Pay rate is negotiable and will increase over time based on work ethic, experience, and time with our company.

• Experience as a lube tech preferred, but we will provide training as needed on the job.

• 18 years of age or older

What you will do:

• Hire new employees for this location with approval of the company president

• Provide training to new and existing employees as needed

• Supervise all employees ensuring excellent work ethic and safety protocol is maintained

• Take responsibility to meet sales goals

• Report accurately to the general office daily

• Personally work with each customer

Additionally, you may often need to fill in for vacant positions as a lube tech.

Lube techs do the following:

• Welcome customers and determine their needs

• Work with other crew members to give their vehicle the best service possible

• Vacuum the vehicle after service is completed

• Occasionally you may work the register to ring up customers and enter their vehicle information into the registry
